  Me and my friend were the only ones that booked for this date and so we got told it would be a private tour. Had an excellent tour overall! Tour guide was very friendly, understanding and accomodating, we were able to swap going in one of the falls to go to a different destination. The veggie patties were delish! Very filing lunch at the park. kayaking was great, but unfortunately we did not see dolphins or sea turtles. We saw a bit of a whale at the end of it but never the less , 100% recommend!!

  We did the combined Hinterland Tour to Minyan Falls and the kayaking with dolphins in Dec 2019. Unfortunately, due to the dry spell, the waterfalls at Minyon Falls was dry. So anticipating this, our tour guide also brought us to Whian Whian falls, a local swimming hole which was fantastic - a 3 metre jump into the cool waters and great fun swimming in the natural pool. Then we also did a bush walk along a trail. The highlight was seeing a (non-venomous) snake - haha not to worry it was all very safe. Tom was a great guide explaining the terrain. He also cooked up a great bbq lunch of burgers. We were then driven for the 2nd half of the tour - kayaking with the dolphins. Friendly advice - its quite tiring to kayak for 1.5-2 hours in the choppy waters. It was a great day though and the waters were pristine. Saw dolhins and fishes. The guides were great and very helpful. So all in all, a memorable day.

  We had a great morning with Tom walking out to minyon falls. He is very knowledgeable and very prepared carrying lots of things you could need. The bbq was great. We were then dropped off to the sea kayaking which was great fun seeing all the turtles, dolphins and whales.

  We did the combined Hinterlands tour to Minyon Falls and the kayaking with dolphins and it was a great! Even though the weather was overcast and rainy all day, the hike was stunning and Tom was extremely knowledgeable and a great tour guide. He knew a lot about the history of the surrounding area, the plants and animals, and the indigenous culture. He was supportive and catered to everyone's physical needs on the hike. He also carried rain jackets, water bottles, and muesli bars for everyone if they needed anything. He even brought burgers to make for lunch. Overall, a fantastic tour.

  Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of embarking on the Minyon falls bushwalk followed by kayaking with dolphins in the afternoon, and it was one of my favourite day tours Ive done in over a year in Australia.The group we had was small, intimate, and diverse which made it a really comfortable fun experience. Tom; the manager of the company and our personal tour guide for the day was extremely knowledgeable, professional and accommodating to everyone on the tour. I learned a ton about the local area and its history; and I got to stand beneath a 100 foot waterfall to boot. The clifftop BBQ lunch was delicious. The kayak tour with Go Sea Kayak was also spectacular and exceeded all my expectations. A pod of dolphins came right up to our boat and said hello which was unbelievably cool! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the Byron hinterland in a informative, fun, dynamic way.

  Kayaking with dolphins was cancelled due to weather but the Hinterland Tour was absolutely amazing! Swimming underneath the waterfall, no matter how cold it is, is an absolute must!
